Freshwater SLSC Affiliations

Freshwater SLSC total membership is in excess of 1850 including many social members and we attract a large number of visitors to our club every year. We have formed a sister club relationship with Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Life Saving Club on the Gold Coast.

Each year the club affiliates with the Sydney Northern Beaches Branch of Lifesaving, Surf Lifesaving NSW and Surf Life Saving Australia. These affiliations ensure that we remain part of the broader surf lifesaving community and that our membership continues to receive the benefit of the insurance coverage provided by SLSA when they undertake patrol, training, competition and other club related activites.

Our affiliation with each of these organisations reinforces the club’s commitment to the core values and goals of SLSA.
