- Our basic hire rates include use of function tables (round, seating 8) and chairs
- Function hire period is up to a six hour event - events in excess of this are charged at the rate of $88.00 per hour. ‘Set up time’ prior to the commencement of the event is permitted (subject to availability).
- Members of Freshwater Surf Life Saving Club and other non-profit, community clubs, keep-fit organisations, hobby groups, etc: may be eligible for a discount on the cost of hall hire, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of Freshwater Surf Life Saving Club.
All information and prices contained herein may be subject to change without notice. All hire of function rooms is subject to a non-refundable deposit, a bond and other conditions as outlined in Agreement for Function Hall Hire. Freshwater SLSC is not available for 18th birthday celebrations or end-of-school functions. The function rooms may be available for 21st birthday parties subject to certain conditions as approved by the Executive Committee of the Freshwater Surf Life Saving Club.
