Proficiency Dates 2007/08 Surf Rescue Certificate and Bronze Medallion
Proficiency Test At the commencement of a season all active patrol members and
competitive members are required to undertake a proficiency test.
This test refreshes member's skills in resuscitation, first aid,
signals as well as run-swim-run to prove fitness.
The first proficiency date for Bronze/SRC for the 2007/08 season will
be the 20th October. This season members MUST book in to complete
their proficiency. It is advised to arrive 15mins prior to you
scheduled start time, as if you miss it, you will need to wait for the
next session to start and if it is full, you may not be able to complete
your proficiency.
There will be three times available:
Spaces at each session are limited. To book in please contact
the office prior to 4pm Friday 19th October on 9905 3741 or email
exo@freshwaterslsc.com and
give three times in order of your preference (in case your first
preference is not available). Please note that patrolling members
will be given first preference.
The office will contact you and confirm your proficiency start time.

Don't forget to contact the office to book in.....if you don't book
in you can't complete your proficiency!!!
IRB Driver and Crew Proficiencies
These will be advised when a date is confirmed
It is your responsibility as a member to
ensure you are proficient in your award in order to patrol - and
compete.
