Parking Permit Application

Parking permits are available to those who are financial, active and patrolling members of Freshwater SLSC, are not Warringah Ratepayers and do not obtain a permit through any other means.  If you believe you are eligible for a parking permit please print off the form below, complete it and return to the office by either scan/email, fax (02 9905 6465), post (PO Box 308, FRESHWATER NSW 2096) or drop it into the office.  These are then submitted to the council and a permit will be available to be collected (if you are eligible) approximately 2-3 weeks after you submit the form to the office.
